Ocean Radio Cornwall’s new look website shows off some of Cornwall’s West Penwith’s most beautiful destinations…Porthcurno, Sennen Beach and Penberth Cove, but Cornwall isn’t just about its dramatic coastline and soft sandy shores. Cornwall is dotted with many antiquities left by our neolithic and bronze age ancestors and West Penwith in particular has many examples to explore and amaze. These mystical sites are thought to have been originally constructed to celebrate the cycle of the sun and the seasons; the phases of the moon and fertility.

Another mystical feature of West Penwith is it is reputed to be the place where two of the earth’s invisible natural energy lines (ley lines), The St Michael’s Line and The Apollo/Athena Line, intersect. Visit http://www.landandspirit.net/html/earthenergiesintroduction.html for more information and maps.
